Eat These Healthy Snacks

Here's some simple, easy to throw together healthy snacks for you to bring with you to work or to think about around the house. 


If you have a work fridge or a lunch box you take on the go, I'd recommend you stock up on these in bulk and always have these available. 


*Apple slices with a Tablespoon of almond butter

*turkey slices with a handful of grapes

*haf of an avocado + 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with 12 raspberries

*1-2 hard boiled egg with celery sticks with peanut butter on them

*a protein shake made with water, 1 scoop of protein, and 1 scoop of powdered greens


​If you do this consistently throughout the week then that piece of pizza, 1 margarita,  or Mexican restaurant on the weekends won't affect your waistline nearly as much because the other 80% or more of the time you're eating well! 


To lose weight, you've got to control your calories. 


To feel great, you've got to be eating the RIGHT balance of calories. 


These are subtle shifts that, when you make them consistently, will bring more health into your life.
