This isn't like a "class" at your typical gym. Every training session is you and your team being trained and taught by an expert and qualified fitness trainer.
The program only allows 6-8 people to enroll and every session is designed with your individual goals in mind.
Most of the people who join this program are beginners, although if more intermediate to advnaced join we are able to progress the sessions to fit your individual needs.
In order for you to succeed, something HAS to change. You can't just keep "intending" or "trying." You need to have a structured, efficient, and enjoyable program that gives you accountability, education, and support in order to succeed.
Small Group Personal Training gives you everything you need to succeed and more.
